must say i love the canvas texture too - those tactile senses, and all - great image - would that i were "roosting" there for a while - idyllic scene that it is!
I am sure Adrian you have many photographs that the effect would enhance slightly. It was just an experiment and I do confess I do like the end result. Your planets really have the same requirements...finding the ideal photograph.

Oh, Trevor, i had to enlarge the photo to see the canvas. It has entrancing appeal.
Another atmospheric shot the texture does improve it. i used to print onto canvas but have gone off the medium. I'll try it again now.
I love this picture and the idyllic tranquility of it's feeling.
Brad

Sometimes, photos need not be bright to be beautiful. And you have proved it.
Thank you Prospero. I do value your comments greatly.

Hi Brad. Welcome. When I hear the word tranquility I think of you and your Blog. Hope you are keeping well.
Hi Jenean. It is lovely to see you again. Keep the camp fires burning brightly.
Hi Bhavesh my friend. We all need to take a chance or two...whether they work is secondary to having a go. Thank you for your comment.
