Oh, Trevor, i had to enlarge the photo to see the canvas. It has entrancing appeal.

Another atmospheric shot the texture does improve it. i used to print onto canvas but have gone off the medium. I'll try it again now.

must say i love the canvas texture too - those tactile senses, and all - great image - would that i were "roosting" there for a while - idyllic scene that it is!

I am sure Adrian you have many photographs that the effect would enhance slightly. It was just an experiment and I do confess I do like the end result. Your planets really have the same requirements...finding the ideal photograph.
